Ngala Parenting Line
The Ngala Parenting Line is one of WA's most trusted free resources. Staffed by qualified child health nurses, midwives, and other professionals, it's a confidential, non-judgmental service covering any parenting topic for children aged 0 to 18.

Ngala Residential Parenting Service (Now Free)
Since October 2025, thanks to a $39.5 million investment from the WA Government, Ngala's residential parenting service in Kensington is now completely free — no GP referral required, no out-of-pocket costs. Families can visit for a day or stay for up to three nights, working with a team of health and mental health professionals including child health nurses, midwives, lactation consultants, psychologists, and social workers.

Parenting Connection WA
Parenting Connection WA is a state-wide partnership between Ngala and Anglicare WA, funded by the Department of Communities. It offers free parenting support programs, workshops, and group activities for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 18 right across WA.

Anglicare WA Parenting Support
Anglicare WA offers a range of free and accessible parenting programs, including behavioural guidance, emotional support, and peer connection groups. They support all types of families including single parents, blended families, and kinship carers.

Triple P — Positive Parenting Program
