Parent Line NSW
Parent Line NSW is a free telephone counselling and support service for parents and carers of children aged 0 to 18. It's confidential, non-judgmental, and staffed by qualified counsellors who genuinely want to help. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, have questions about behaviour, or just need someone to talk to — this is a great first step.

Tresillian
Tresillian is a NSW-specific service that supports families with young children. They offer day-stay and residential programs, plus phone advice from qualified professionals. Program
Triple P is a free, evidence-based online parenting program available to all Australian families with children under 12. Developed at the University of Queensland and backed by decades of research, it provides practical tools and strategies you can access at your own pace from your phone, tablet, or laptop.

NSW Government Family Services
